How do I file a complaint if I am dissatisfied with the cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you are dissatisfied, please take a picture of the affected area(s), email us within 24 hours, and we will promptly return to address and rectify the issue.
Am I required to prepare for cleaning associates?
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in clearing non-essential items such as used towels, toys, and clothing from the floors before our arrival.
Will I be notified prior to the cleaning associates' arrival?
Yes, we will email you an estimated time of arrival (ETA) prior to our team reaching your residence, ensuring you are informed and prepared for their arrival.
